How the website and plan enquiries handle information.

The assessment page sends the contact, organisation or business information, enquiry content, plan interest and preferred contact method that you submit to SmartRecall's company email. The form accepts no attachments and creates no separate enquiry database.

Vercel hosts the site and its receiving endpoint. SpaceMail delivers the enquiry to the company mailbox. These services may process standard technical request data, such as an IP address, request time, page path and browser details, to deliver and protect their systems.

When you use the online form or email SmartRecall, we receive the contact, organisation or business information and enquiry text that you choose to provide. An email may also include attachments that you add yourself.

Send only what the enquiry needs. Do not send payment details, login credentials, identity documents, confidential material or other sensitive data unless SmartRecall has expressly requested it and arranged an appropriate handling method.

We use enquiry information to reply, understand proposed work, arrange follow-up, prepare a plan or quotation, and deliver a service after both parties confirm an engagement.

We may also keep necessary records to manage communications, protect the site and systems, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal, accounting or regulatory requirements.

Only authorised people who need the information to handle an enquiry or service may use it. Vercel, SpaceMail and necessary IT providers may process related technical or communication data to provide and protect their services.

SmartRecall does not disclose personal data to others unless this is needed to handle your request, deliver a confirmed service, meet a legal requirement or protect lawful interests.

The website creates no separate enquiry database. The form sends the enquiry to the company mailbox. We keep enquiries and resulting records only for as long as the enquiry, a proposed or current service, statutory records, security or a dispute requires.

When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it in line with the systems used and applicable requirements. Backups and statutory records may be removed on their normal cycles.

SmartRecall uses reasonable administrative, access and technical measures suited to the information and processing method. No internet or email system can guarantee absolute security.

If you believe you sent sensitive information by mistake, contact us promptly using the email in this notice.

You may request access to or correction of personal data under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Describe the information and request so that we can verify identity and scope.

If applicable law, a formal contract or an individual written agreement provides otherwise, that provision takes priority.
